The darkest wizard of all time struck such fear and reverence in followers and non-followers alike that only the bravest even dare speak his name. Hungry for power and terrified of death, Voldemort used any and all means—including sadistic measures—to secure his immortality and omnipotence. He deemed his most trusted group of supporters the Death Eaters, who attempt to purge the wizarding world of "mudbloods," a derogatory term for Muggle-born. Ironically, though, the Dark Lord himself is not a pure-blood.
Fun Fact: I Am Lord Voldemort is an anagram of Voldemort's birth name, Tom Morvolo Riddle.
